About Office of the Municipal Human Resource Management
The Municipal Human Resource and Management Officer develops and manage the LGU’s total system of human resources recruitment, selection, placement and appointment, performance evaluation, professional and values development, awards, benefits and performance-based incentives. The MHRMO also develops and maintains an efficient human resource management information system and issue updates on the prescribed code of behaviour and right conduct of all LGU personnel.
