About Sangguniang Kabataan Federation - Santo Tomas
The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation is a structural organization uniting youth leaders across the Philippines. It is composed of SK Chairpersons from individual barangays and scales up from municipal/city levels to provincial and national levels. It aims to represent youth interests, formulate youth development programs, and influence local legislation.
