A Meaningful Achievement for the Municipality of Santo Tomas!

Our municipality has been recognized as a recipient of the **Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG) 2025**, a testament to the quality and effectiveness of our programs and initiatives for children and youth.

As this has been one of my key advocacies since I first sought public office, I am truly honored and grateful that our municipality has achieved this prestigious recognition. This accomplishment reflects our collective commitment to creating a community where every child is protected, empowered, and provided with opportunities to thrive.

This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support and cooperation of Vice Mayor Antonio M. Talaue, the Sangguniang Bayan Members, SK Federation President Caryl Talaue, our dedicated Barangay Officials, SK Officials, and the entire LGU Santo Tomas family.

Rest assured that we will continue to develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote the welfare, development, and well-being of every Tomasino.

Together, we will continue building a brighter, safer, and more child-friendly Santo Tomas for future generations.
