The Municipality of Santo Tomas, Isabela proudly joins the nation in commemorating the 126th Civil Service Anniversary, recognizing the dedication, commitment, and invaluable contributions of government employees in delivering responsive and meaningful public service.

The celebration brought together local government officials, department heads, uniformed personnel, and employees of the Municipality of Santo Tomas in a meaningful gathering that highlighted the importance of professionalism, integrity, commitment, and excellence in government service.

The activity was graced by Municipal Mayor Leandro Antonio Talaue, Vice Mayor Antonio Talaue, and SK Federation President Ma. Caryl Angela Talaue, together with Municipal Administrator Aileen Uychutin. Also in attendance were Santo Tomas PNP Chief of Police PMAJ Felipe Aguilar Ramil Jr. II and Santo Tomas BFP OIC Head SF03 Jeoffrey M. De Torres.

Members of the Sangguniang Bayan also joined the celebration, together with the municipality's various department and office heads, including Human Resource Management Officer Ma'am Rosalie Collantes, and the dedicated employees of the Municipal Government.

As a meaningful highlight of the celebration, all employees of the Municipal Government of Santo Tomas took part in the Commitment Wall activity, where each employee affixed their signature and shared a personal commitment remark reflecting their dedication to public service. More than a symbolic gesture, the Commitment Wall became a collective expression of their pledge to serve with integrity, compassion, professionalism, and excellence.

Each written commitment represents a promise to the people of Santo Tomas—to uphold the trust entrusted to every public servant, to perform every duty with sincerity and accountability, and to continuously strive for better and more responsive service. Together, the messages formed a powerful testament to the shared commitment of the municipal workforce to serve with honor, lead with purpose, and put the welfare of the community at the heart of every endeavor.

The Commitment Wall stands as a lasting reminder that public service is not merely a responsibility, but a noble commitment to the people we serve. United by one purpose and one calling, the employees of the Municipality of Santo Tomas reaffirm their dedication to building a government that is competent, compassionate, trustworthy, and truly responsive to every Tomasino.

The Civil Service Anniversary serves as an opportunity to recognize the vital role of public servants in building a more efficient, accountable, and people-centered government. It is also a reminder that every government employee shares the responsibility of serving the community with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

As the Municipality of Santo Tomas celebrates this significant occasion, it extends its appreciation to all its employees and public servants whose everyday efforts contribute to the continued progress and development of the municipality.

Happy 126th Civil Service Anniversary!
