I-RISE Assistance Distribution | Brgy. Barumbong, Santo Tomas, Isabela

The I-RISE Distribution Program was successfully conducted at Brgy. Barumbong, Santo Tomas, Isabela, led by Vice Governor Francis Faustino “Kiko” A. Dy together in coordination with the Municipal Government of Santo Tomas.
Also present were our Municipal Mayor Leandro Antonio Talaue, Vice Mayor Antonio Talaue, Municipal Administrator Aileen Uychutin, the Sangguniang Bayan Members, SK Federation President, and various Municipal Department Heads.
This meaningful activity reflects the strong collaboration between the provincial and municipal government in delivering programs that uplift and support our communities. Together, we continue to bring services closer to the people and work toward inclusive growth and development.
